Forest Fairy - Original Design
For the Ren Faire, my friends and I decided to be different types of fairies so naturally I had to turn myself into a woodland mushroom queen.
First, I made a canvas corset which was then covered in high density EVA foam. The corset was carefully carved and painted to look like tree bark. I sculpted and painted foam clay mushrooms as well as repainted the fake vines. The whole build came together when the real moss was added! A quick choker and crown was created to finish out the look.

Buttercup’s Riding Dress from The Princess Bride
This cosplay was a labour of love and had been on my wishlist to make for ages. When I came across clear reference photos, I knew I had to make it!
I draped and drafted an original pattern, based off of auction photos from the screen-worn dress. I also made and beaded a belt, sewed in wefts and styled the wig as well as altered a pair of vintage red boots. Additional wig stying and beading was added for New York Comic Con 2023.

Moonshine Cybin
Moonshine Cybin
Moonshine Cybin from Not Another D&D Podcast
This beloved character from my favorite Dungeons and Dragons podcast has been one of my favorite cosplays I’ve ever made or worn. Moonshine is a Circle of Spores Druid wood elf with a cowboy influence. There are tons of small references to special moments in the podcast that I loved including in the finished look.
For this cosplay I weathered the thrifted overalls, weathered and distressed her cowboy hat, sculpted and painted lots and lots of foam clay mushrooms (including the ones on the jars and braided into the wig), painted and turned a Burlington purse into a belt pouch, sculpted coral earrings out of foam clay, made custom leather holders for the jars, repainted elf ears, styled and added mushrooms to the wig, patterned and sewed her cow print vest, and of course, painted her “Boots of Elven Kind” green.
This cosplay was created for and worn to the NADDPOD 5th Anniversary Special at Carnegie Hall in NYC.

Dogmeat
Dogmeat
Dogmeat’s Armor from Fallout 4
One of my first ever foam armor builds so I decided to start small. Dogmeat is a beloved traveling companion of your character in the video game Fallout 4. He’s the best dog but frequently joins you in combat thus needing his own armor for protection.
For this build, I followed Kamui Cosplay’s tutorial. The armor is made out of high density EVA foam, sculpted and painted by me and includes real rust! I also weathered a bandana for an extra touch of realism!
This cosplay was a gift for a family member to add to her Fallout 4 collection.
